Councillor Maggie Mansell was a dedicated public servant who devoted over 25 years to the Norbury and Pollards Hill communities in Croydon, London. Elected to Croydon Council in 1986, she initially represented the West Thornton ward before transitioning to Norbury in 1994, where she served with distinction until her passing in January 2019. Her unwavering commitment to her constituents and tireless service to the people of Croydon will always be remembered and appreciated. We are deeply grateful for her contributions and the positive impact she made throughout her remarkable career.
