Dispatch Time:

Goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, often on the same day. Please ensure you select the correct shipping option and provide accurate shipping details when completing your order. If you receive any broken or damaged products, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

EU & International Deliveries:

All deliveries to EU and international destinations are subject to local taxes and customs duties. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid before collecting or receiving the order.

  • Shipping rates are determined by location and the weight of the parcel. The exact rate will be shown at checkout.
  • Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Address:

We are not responsible for any loss of orders due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address details provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the items (excluding postage costs). You will receive an email notification confirming the refund, and you may place a new order.

  • Free Shipping: If you qualified for free shipping and your order was returned due to an incorrect address, a minimum £3.00 postage fee will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Delayed Orders:

Our courier service considers a parcel lost only after 10 working days for UK orders and 21 working days for international orders. We are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period has passed.

Local Deliveries:

  • £3.80 for orders under £50.
  • Free delivery on orders over £50.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
  • Orders placed on non-working days will be dispatched the next working day.

Damaged Items:

If you receive any damaged or broken items, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
